Making A Difference

Our company's history over the last 36 years has taught us that positive change can be implemented through honest effort, consistency and financial support. Our goal at Locally Grown Flowers is no different. There isn't one person, company or country that can solve global warming or the suffering that many young people endure. There is no doubt it is real, and it's time for everyone to do what they can. Hopefully together, we will be able to partially heal and stop the damage to our planet. We intend on supporting and promoting charities and organizations that are making a difference in every way we can through the sales of our Bouquet Collection and our efforts as a group of individuals that truly care.

The devastation of the wildfires makes replanting a necessity for all of our futures. We have selected to support One Tree Planted and have contributed to 5000 trees being planted in British Columbia and will continue to support their efforts.

With our company's experience of over 36 years of working with youth in third world countries it was hard to believe that not all children have access to the basics of food right here in our own backyard. Fortunately we have seen the benefits of providing the needed nutrition to children, and as a result seeing them thrive.

As a company and group, its is our goal to do everything we can to help make sure every child starts their day with breakfast.

We are proud to support the Breakfast Club of Canada in their efforts to meet the basic needs of children. Please check out what they're doing and join us in supporting this incredible cause. Your involvement makes a difference.

As a parent, there is not much worse than having an injured, critically or chronically ill sick child that is need of medical treatment away from home. We see the incredible home base that Ronald Mcdonald House Charities MB provides to families during this critical time. We ask you to join us in supporting this incredible gift to families in need.

There is a very old saying which is as true now as it was then…

“THE WORLD MOVES FORWARD ON THE FEET OF LITTLE CHILDREN”

If we all do everything we can to make sure all children have a full capacity to learn and thrive while we all look at our own impact on the lives of generations to come, we can make this a beautiful world for future generations.
